Are you not happy with the complaints resolution process?
Do you feel like you weren’t treated fairly?
If for any reason you are unhappy with any part of the Disability Services Commissioner complaints resolution process, we want to know about it.
We send out surveys to both people who have made a complaint and service providers after a complaint has been resolved or closed. Please give us feedback through the survey so we can work on improving our processes and approach.
