The 2017-18 Annual Complaints Reporting (ACR) tool is now open.
The reporting window will close at 5:00pm sharp on Monday 9 July 2018, but the sooner you submit your report the better.
All registered, contracted or funded disability service providers are required under the Disability Act 2006 (s. 105 or s. 106B) to report to the Disability Services Commissioner (DSC) on the complaints their organisation received in the financial year. This aggregate information is then published in our annual report and contributes to the improvement of disability services.
Remember: Even if you have not received any complaints about your service, you are still required to submit your report via the ACR Tool – the ‘Submit Report’ function is used for both NIL and complaint reports.
It is important that you update and confirm the “Service Details” page which is located on the bottom left hand side of the page under the heading “View and Update”.
