RUOK?DAY is this Thursday 12 September. It is a great opportunity to have conversations that help people feel supported and connected and speak up and access help if they need it.
Equally important is creating a safe space for people to have these conversations. Most people will experience some ups and down during life, so it’s important that you can recognise the signs of someone who may need some support.
