Annual Complaints Reporting to the DSC

Victorian registered and/or regulated (funded and contracted) disability services reporting requirements to the Disability Services Commissioner in 2022.

Victorian registered and/or regulated (funded and contracted) disability services under the Disability Act 2006 need to report to the Disability Services Commissioner every year on the following:

  1. Number of complaints received from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022
  2. Type of complaints received
  3. Outcomes of complaints received, including how they were resolved.

Victorian registered and/or regulated (funded and contracted) disability services with no complaints during this period are still required to submit an Annual Complaints Report (ACR). You can do this in one of the following ways:

  1. Send an email to acr@odsc.vic.gov.au – advising that your disability service has no complaints to report between 9am Friday 1 July to 5pm Friday 8 July.
  2. Submit a ‘nil’ report on the ACR online tool between 9am Friday 1 July to 5pm Friday 8 July.

Victorian disability services whose registration has either been revoked or has lapsed between 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022 are also required to submit a report.

When to submit your report.

You will be able to submit your data between 9am Friday 1 July to 5pm Friday 8 July.

How to submit your report.
