Due to the recent roll out of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (NDIS Commission) in Victoria the process for managing complaints has changed.  From 1 July 2019 DSC will continue to take complaints about Victorian disability services registered with the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH), TAC  and complaints that relate to services before 1 July 2019.
